Every great performer has a pre-show routine they follow to put them “in the zone.” What do you do?
If you don’t already have your own routine, it is important that you establish one so that you can properly prepare your body and mind to be on stage. It does not have to bea fancy all-day routine, it can be something simple and easy as long as it works for you. When establishing a routine you should consider how and what you eat, get good sleep the night before, and have a period of relaxation as show time approaches. There is no wrong way, you just have to find what works for you.
